message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message

and we will cease sending further marketing or promotional texts to that number. You may

still receive critical transactional or service-related messages if necessary.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your mobile phone number or SMS-related data.

We may share information only:

With service providers who assist us in delivering text messages (e.g., our SMS platform

provider), under contracts that require them to protect the data and use it solely for

providing services to us

When required by law, legal process, or governmental request

To protect the rights, property, or safety of Cascade Security and Door LLC, our customers,

or others

In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), subject to

appropriate confidentiality protections

7. Data Retention

We retain your phone number and related SMS records for as long as needed to provide the

messaging service, maintain proof of consent/opt-out, comply with legal obligations,

resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we securely delete

or de-identify the information.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to

protect the information we collect in connection with our SMS program. No method of

transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our SMS program is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in

your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children via text

messaging.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law (including Oregon law and, if applicable, other state privacy

laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal

with a new effective date. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS / text

messaging program operated by Cascade Security and Door LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By

opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

(available upon request).

1. Program Description

Cascade Security and Door LLC may send you text messages related to:

Transactional / service messages (appointment reminders, service updates, security

system notifications, door hardware or access-control communications, account notices,

and similar operational messages)

Promotional or marketing messages (special offers, promotions, or other marketing

content), only if you have given prior express written consent

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile

carrier plan.

2. Eligibility and Consent

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the

authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking a

consent box, replying to a confirmation text, or signing a written form), you consent to

receive SMS messages from Cascade Security and Door LLC at the number you provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

You represent that the mobile number you provide is accurate and that you are authorized

to receive messages at that number. You agree to notify us promptly if your number

changes or if you are no longer the authorized user.

3. Opt-Out / STOP

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive

from us. After we process your STOP request, you will receive a one-time confirmation

message and we will stop sending further promotional/marketing texts to that number. You

may still receive critical transactional or service-related messages when necessary.

You may also contact us using the information in Section 10 to request removal from the

messaging list.

4. Help

For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at the phone number or email

listed in Section 10.

5. Carriers and Delivery

Supported carriers may change from time to time. We are not responsible for delayed,

undelivered, or incomplete messages caused by your carrier, device, network issues, or

other factors outside our reasonable control. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the SMS program for any unlawful, harassing, abusive, or fraudulent purpose

Provide a phone number that you do not own or control

Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the messaging service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the program if we

reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

7. Privacy

Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect,

use, and protect information related to the SMS program. Please review it carefully.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE SMS PROGRAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT

PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING

MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASCADE SECURITY AND

DOOR LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY

INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY

LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED

TO THE SMS PROGRAM OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR

OTHERWISE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR

THE SMS PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply

only to the extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cascade Security and Door LLC and its officers,

employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses

(including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your

misuse of the SMS program.

10.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be effective when

posted (or when we notify you by text or other reasonable means). Continued participation

in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do

not agree, you must opt out by replying STOP.

11.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-oflaw principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the SMS program

shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you

consent to personal jurisdiction there.
